Several projects of mediri GmbH seek to combine ultrasound and MRI to facilitate e.g. motion correction and image guidance in MR imaging. We implement real-time feedback loops between MRI and ultrasound modalities for several projects. Such loops control and influence image acquisition by external ultrasound imaging much like the feedback loops that control MR based catheter and surgical instrument interventions.

Current hardware developments from our development team aim to provide fully MR compatible ultrasound imaging with a wide range of future applications.
